24-Hour Emergency Hotline Our emergency phone counselling hotline is available for company employees who perceive that they have a personal problem that is (or may be) adversely affecting them. They may call anytime; phones will be answered twenty-four (24) hours a day, and callers will have access to a counsellor. Follow-up sessions can then be arranged for callers to see a counsellor to continue resolving the issues. Range of Stressful situations addressed: - Emotional Health - assistance with stress, anxiety, depression, coping with death, suicide risk and other emotional problems that require counselling and other treatment.
- Alcoholism and Chemical Dependency - clinical intervention regarding the abuse of alcohol, prescription and/or illegal drugs.
