Dolly, MSW, MPA Mr. Dolly has over thirty (30) years experience in counselling and behaviour modification. He specializes in the design, development and management of Employee Assistance Programmes and behaviour change as it relates to the achievement of personal and organizational goals. Mr. Dolly has specialist training in post-traumatic stress disorder, disaster preparedness, psychological debriefing, managing change/transition, solution focused management and dispute resolution mediation services. Mr. Dolly also specializes in programme design, evaluation and monitoring.
Jennifer Holder-Dolly, PhD, MSc Dr. Holder Dolly is a family therapist, senior university lecturer and organisational development specialist. Her counselling specialty involves working with women and young people. Dr. Holder Dolly has specialist training in working in Brief therapy modes, gestalt oriented change management and stress management. Dr. Holder Dolly brings a wealth of local and regional experience having worked with various governmental organisations throughout the region.
Wendell De Leon, MSW, BSc, Cert. PA Mr. De Leon holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Maryland with a specialization in Children and Families and Management of community organizations. He has worked in the areas of social and organizational development throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the United States of America. He has experience in Family Preservation, Child Protection, Community Policing and Employee Training and Development. As a Family Therapist, he specializes in domestic violence, father and son issues, psychosocial issues related to marital counselling and relationship development and trauma management. Method of Service Delivery Services offered by Dolly and Associates Limited can be classified into three broad categories: counselling services, workshop / seminar services and consultation. Counselling services, in the form of individual, family and group counselling are delivered by clinicians who utilise solution focused, systemic and or psychodynamic methods.
